The type of roses that you use for making rose water will depend on what you have available around you. Just have in mind that the fragrance of the water will depend on the fragrance of the flowers you use. The best would be if you could get your hands on freshly cut roses from somebodies garden. But if no other choice you can also use store-bought roses. Just rinse them in cold water first to get rid of any chemicals.
