Good Morning – Don’t Move

Dreams are an important part of everyday life. On average a person will spend 1 to 2 hours dreaming each night. But most of the time we dont remember what it was. It slips from our minds as soon as we wake up. Why would it matter anyway? Its just dreams. What we think about and focus on will resonate in our minds even when we are not in control. To be able to remember our dreams will give us a chance to better understand how we are affected by things around us.
