Can Food Make You Angry?

Certain foods can make you feel edgy, sad, or even depressed. Can food make you angry? What we eat has different ways to manifest itself in our minds. Some will say that it’s only food. Its main purpose is to provide nutrition to our body and nothing else. But it is scientifically proven that different foods can have different impacts on our bodies and the way we feel. If we look at the human body not just as a collection of organs and tissues but as a whole lot of minds versus matter then food certainly has a major impact on our health and on how we feel when we eat.
